From the distance, the vehicle type and the service level. The price is shown with its breakdown before you book and is fixed when you book. A quote stays valid for 15 minutes.

A driver can offer a price other than the platform's, within a limited range around the reference price. You are notified and accept the offer that suits you, or wait for a driver at the listed price.

In cash at pickup, in cash by the receiver on delivery, or online with a CIB or Edahabia card. An online payment is refunded if the shipment is cancelled.

You enter your order's amount. The driver collects it from the receiver, then brings you that amount minus the delivery fee. You confirm receipt in the app, which closes it.

Yes. Share the tracking link from the shipment: it shows the progress and the driver's position, with no phone number or price, and expires 48 hours after the delivery ends.

Open a dispute from the shipment and attach your photos. Our team reviews the pickup and delivery proof, answers you in the app and can decide on compensation.

Create an account with the driver profile and upload your documents and your vehicle's. Once our team approves your application, you can go online and receive missions. Client and driver accounts are separate.

For cash payments, the driver is paid directly. For online payments, earnings are paid out in regular grouped transfers, shown with their reference in the app.
