These terms govern how clients and drivers use the delivery platform.
The service
The platform connects clients who send documents, parcels or goods with verified drivers who deliver them. It computes the price, tracks the delivery and keeps the pickup and drop-off proof.
Accounts
When you sign up, you choose the client or driver profile; this choice is final for the account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give and for keeping your access private.
Shipments
The client describes the shipment honestly. Prohibited or dangerous goods are refused. The price shown at booking is the one that applies, unless the client accepts a driver's offer.
Drivers
A driver can only work with an approved account, valid documents and an approved vehicle. The platform may suspend an account or a vehicle, with a reason given to the driver.
Payment and cancellation
Payment is made in cash by the sender or the receiver, or online by card. An online payment is refunded if the shipment is cancelled before it is carried out.
Disputes
A client can open a dispute from the shipment. Our team reviews the evidence and gives its decision in the app.
