What can I send?
Documents, parcels, furniture, pallets or a full load. The app offers the vehicles whose capacity fits your shipment. Prohibited or dangerous goods are refused.
How is the price calculated?
From the distance, the vehicle type and the service level. The price is shown with its breakdown before you book and is fixed when you book. A quote stays valid for 15 minutes.
What is a driver offer?
A driver can offer a price other than the platform's, within a limited range around the reference price. You are notified and accept the offer that suits you, or wait for a driver at the listed price.
How can I pay?
In cash at pickup, in cash by the receiver on delivery, or online with a CIB or Edahabia card. An online payment is refunded if the shipment is cancelled.
