The price
You know what you pay before you book.
The price depends on the distance, the vehicle and the service level. The platform computes it; nobody types it in.
- The price you see is the price you book.
- Drivers can offer a price close to the reference one: accept the offer that suits you.
- The breakdown is shown: distance, vehicle and options.

Who pays, and how.
The receiver, in cash
The person receiving it pays on delivery.
Online, by card
CIB or Edahabia card, before a driver is searched. Refunded if the shipment is cancelled.
Cash on delivery
Selling? The driver collects for you.
Enter the amount to collect. The driver collects it from the receiver and brings it back to you, minus the delivery fee. You confirm receipt in the app.
Tracking
Know where it's going.
As soon as the driver heads to pickup, their position shows on the map. You are notified at every step.
- A tracking link for the receiver, with no phone number or price.
- The link expires 48 hours after the delivery ends.
- Photos and signature are in the shipment details.
What cannot be sent
Prohibited or dangerous goods are refused at booking. If in doubt, contact us before sending.
